On the day, we got a call from reception at 12:07 to ask us when we were thinking of leaving. The young man on the phone told me that the normal check-in time is at 2PM with check out at 12 the next day, BUT you can stay a minimum of 24 hours. Couple of days prior I rang to ask if there's a policy where we can stay from 8PM until next day 5PM. She suggested a restaurant down the road, but we didn't want to leave our air conditioned room since it was way over 30☌ outside. I called back 10 minutes after, but she still could not help. I rang at about 2PM to order some food and the same manager lady said she could not find the lady at the bar and had no idea where she was, but will ring me soon once she finds her.
AMBIANCE HOTEL TV
The TV was not working, I didn't complain, but they rang from reception to try and send a man up to do work on the TV WHILE WE WERE IN THE ROOM, which I find completely insane and inappropriate.
